Mash Steel Build

Introducing my newest build! Ive wanted a MASH Steel since they came out years ago but never really got around to snagging one… Flashback about 6 or 7 months ago I found a sick deal on a frame in SF in my size(not easy to find tall boi sizes usually). I just so happened to be going down to the bay that weekend anyways! Snagged the bike and sat on it for what felt like forever. Since I had just gotten knee surgery, track bikes/fixed gears weren’t really in my future for a while. So, I slowly collected parts and was just sort of waiting for a rainy day to build it. Well, last Saturday seemed like just the day for a bike build, it wasn’t raining, but it was cold as fuck. So here we are, with a new bike! Can’t wait to rip this thing in some races come cyclocross season!

Build List:

Frame- MASH Steel 60cm

Crankset- SRAM Force 1… 42t chainring

Chain- SRAM 11spd

Seatpost- Thomson Elite

Saddle- Fizik Antares 00

Stem- Thomson 90mm? 10*? (aka I don’t remember)

Bars- Thomson DH Bars 780mm? (also had these for years, hence their “patina”

Wheels- Velocity Depp V Wheels (I’ve had these for like 12 years, they’re absolute tanks.)… 17t cog

Tires- Specialized Tracer 700x33c (Bike Project Special gang gang skrttt skrtttttt)
